Espresso Just Tastes Better when the Coffee is Ground using a Burr Coffee Grinder

Every coffee lover knows that fresh ground coffee beans make the best coffee, and heighten the natural coffee aroma in your home in the morning, as well.

If you do not already own a quality coffee grinder yet, and care about getting the most flavor out of your coffee beans, it might be time for you to get one.

I go out of my way to specify a "quality" coffee grinder, because there are many out there that may as well mash your beans. That is why it is paramount that you pay attention to the little details when it comes to features on your grinder.

A key feature to pay attention to is the wattage of the grinder. The more watts a grinder uses, the wider range of grinds are available to you. It gives you the range you need to make almost any kind and strength of coffee.

Good espresso takes a very fine grind with little heat generated from the grinding. This is best accomplished using a burr coffee grinder. This is the superior choice over a regular blade grinder, because it delivers a more consistent grind, while preserving more of the coffee bean flavor with a very low grinding temperature.

Blade coffee grinders work well, but burr grinders are recommended for more flavor, and are highly recommended when making espresso.

Capresso C1500
This espresso machine/coffee center is lauded by most users and reviewers alike - and I should hope so with a price tag that usually runs around $600. If you have a passion for coffee, though, this might be just the machine you need, and would probably even work well in a small coffee house.
