Nothing is More Satisfying Than a Cup of Coffee
In the morning, it is a wake-up; in the afternoon, it is a treat or indulgence; in the evening, or after dinner, it is a relaxing end to dinner that cuts the sweet left from a decadent dessert, or just a quiet end to a hectic day.
Some use these reasons for drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes, but I assure you, drinking coffee is much healthier mentally and physically. In fact, some doctors laude the medicinal affects of coffee.
A cup to your health!
Coffee for allergies and asthma
A cup of coffee is sometimes used by allergy and asthma sufferers when there is no medicine available.
Coffee's role in the cancer fight
Coffee contains phenol, which has been attributed to the reduction of colon and bladder cancer.
Coffee may contribute to heart health
A Scottish study even stated that people that consume coffee are less likely to suffer heart attacks than people that consume tea. It even suggested, the more coffee one consumed, the less likely one was to get heart disease.
Keep coffee consumption to a reasonable intake to prevent caffeine addiction
For those worried about the caffeine; a 1999 study by French researchers to the American Chemical Society says, there is no affect on the area of the brain associated with addiction in doses of three cups or less of coffee.
Some more great health effects of coffee
Moderate doses of caffeine even sharpen the senses by making you more alert. It can increase the metabolism, making those last few pounds a little easier to shed. You see, there is no good reason to deny yourself such a delightful treat, so drink in good health.

Capresso C1500
This espresso machine/coffee center is lauded by most users and reviewers alike - and I should hope so with a price tag that usually runs around $600. If you have a passion for coffee, though, this might be just the machine you need, and would probably even work well in a small coffee house.
