From 1947 to Today, Gaggia Continues to Revolutionize Coffee and Espresso Making

In 1938, Achille Gaggia filed a patent on the idea to force water using pressure to flow over coffee grinds to produce coffee with creme. This idea has made espresso famous, world-wide. He started the company bearing his namesake in 1947, and it is still going strong today.

The company consistently amazes the public with their sleek Italian designs and innovative brewing systems. It produces large systems for commercial use, and carries the same technology and quality through for the home customer.

Usually, when a commercial company brings their product to the general public, the home user is sold a product that is not held to the same high standards as the commercial version. In some cases, the home product is actually built by a contracted company, and the commercial nameplate is put on it.

This company would trust no one to produce a machine with their name on it. They have a devotion to the customer, both commercial and home, to bring the finest quality with no exceptions. How could you buy any other espresso machine? After all, this company created modern espresso.

Capresso C1500
This espresso machine/coffee center is lauded by most users and reviewers alike - and I should hope so with a price tag that usually runs around $600. If you have a passion for coffee, though, this might be just the machine you need, and would probably even work well in a small coffee house.
