If You Enjoy an Enormous Amount of Coffee, and Want to be More Involved in its Overall Flavor, You Would Likely Enjoy a Home Coffee Roaster

If you are anything like I am, then you drink coffee all day long. You have tried everything from the cheap Cambodian coffee that is more leaves and twigs than coffee, to Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee which runs about $30 a pound, looking for the flavor that “does it” for you. Now you are probably tired of the hunt and settled on a flavor that is, for you, as close as it gets.

If you wish to renew the hunt, but with a twist; You could begin buying green coffee from the internet, in bulk, and roast them exactly how you like, at home. A home coffee roaster will give you that luxury. You will become a great coffee hunter once again, by buying certain coffees and roasting them several different ways. Your pallette knows if you need to roast your coffee a little more or less. Imagine spending a Sunday afternoon filling your home with the smell of fresh roasting coffee beans.

With the endless amount of different species of green coffee available on the internet, you could spend years tinkering with different coffees. Are you getting giddy yet? Well, you could always just sink the money in a pound of Kopi Luwak. It is a special coffee bean from Sumatra, that has been eaten, then passed by a small animal, called a Paradoxurus... Just a thought.

Capresso C1500
This espresso machine/coffee center is lauded by most users and reviewers alike - and I should hope so with a price tag that usually runs around $600. If you have a passion for coffee, though, this might be just the machine you need, and would probably even work well in a small coffee house.
